Combination of flavors

Give free rein to your creativity. Gelato Pro gives you the possibility of combining up to 4 different flavors: fruits flavors, dried fruits, various flavors and chocolates (Barry, Valrhona, Weiss). Up to 5 different sugars can be mixed over 15 different sugars. A lot of dairy products are also available (creams, milk power, milks). The application also calculate the ideal serving temperature (Freezing Point Depression Factor of the mix) and also allows you to manage new ingredients, suppliers, update your price lists, etc. and has 2 display modes, dark or light.

Thanks to Gelato Pro, the calculations of the ingredients and the generation of the recipe are done instantly according to your choices (% desired flavors, total sweeteners, total solids content, total of MSNF of the desired mix, total of milk proteins etc.).
